Total Wine & More recognized the need to showcase their team members' expertise in wine, often overlooked by customers. Partnering with LO:LA, they aimed to redefine their brand narrative, making it more appealing to a younger demographic and those intimidated by the complexities of wine. Collaborative sessions with corporate leaders and store managers allowed us to uncover the essence of the brand – the magic of "Sharing Possibilities." By highlighting the extensive training and passion of their team, we created a story that differentiated Total Wine & More from competitors, making it more relatable and inviting customers on a journey to discover something extraordinary.
