Sprockets, formerly known as Sentio, is a groundbreaking B2B SaaS platform dedicated to assisting businesses in overcoming the challenges of modern hiring practices, particularly in the realm of hourly employee recruitment. LO:LA took on the exciting task of propelling this emerging business to new heights. Our journey began with a comprehensive naming exercise, aimed at defining the essence and values of the brand. We then translated these insights into a cohesive visual and verbal identity through an updated brand style guide. Alongside crafting a fresh logo and completely redesigning their website, LO:LA developed a persona, messaging strategy, and user experience that authentically reflected Sprockets' mission, with just a hint of playful charm.
