Total Wine & More in Woodland Hills was lacking awareness due to it being tucked away in the back of the Topanga Canyon Mall. They needed a new approach – fast – to drive traffic and increase sales.

We knew we needed to showcase Total Wine & More’s selection while communicating their location in a clever way. We started to think about what they offer to customers. There’s the friendly expertise of the staff, the opportunity to attend in-store classes and events and all the accessories that allow customers to enjoy their drinks of choice to the fullest. We needed to use all of these advantages to get people from the street into the door.

We put our creative to work in new ways to spread the word in the community, creating eye-catching billboards, targeted direct mail and a lot of new parking lot signage. Messaging across all deliverables was clever, direct, friendly and approachable — capturing the true spirit of Total Wine & More while advertising everything the store has to offer. After launch, sales and traffic immediately increased.
