We were tasked with refreshing Total Wine & More’s loyalty program in a way that would increase enrollment, encourage repeat purchases, and widen their brand awareness.

Total Wine & More needed a new loyalty program that integrated seamlessly with their brand story. Our minds immediately went to their namesake, and we began to explore all that it means. Community. Togetherness. The connection between the brand and the consumer. The resulting name, “&MORE rewards”, really illustrates not just the relationship the program creates, but also how customers get more through the program.

Among the many things we produced to promote the launch of the new program, we created in-store signage, a landing page, print materials, and an email campaign around &MORE rewards. With an extremely vibrant color palette and clear, concise copy, we worked to get customers excited about how shopping at Total Wine & More can earn them the rewards they really care about!
